Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in the original Morphe box if possible, ensuring all fragile palettes and liquids are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
